The wait is over! It is our pleasure to announce that we have appointed a new Director of Banking & Finance to our Melbourne office, please join us in welcoming Charles Saliba to the Rodgers Reidy team! Charles brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team and we are confident that he will make a great addition to our firm!

Charles is well known in the financial services industry, having worked in various senior banking roles over the past 35 years with ANZ and the Westpac Group. He brings considerable expertise and experience to Rodgers Reidy, particularly in issues around corporate financing for both borrowers and lenders.

He has led high-performing teams in national roles, including reconstruction, work out and recovery, large corporate and small business lending, and agri and debtor finance.

We look forward to Charles’s expansive skill set and leadership to Rodgers Reidy as we enhance and expand our services to financial institutions.

Charles will focus on building our relationships in the banking and finance sector as we continue our current growth.

His expertise and knowledge in wine will also be appreciated around the office!
