Jay moved to Australia in 2008 to pursue further studies and, after completing his Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting), proudly made Australia his permanent home. He began his career in the insolvency and turnaround industry in 2012 at a boutique insolvency practice and, since 2017, has been a key member of Rodgers Reidy’s Adelaide office from its inception.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, Jay has developed extensive expertise in both personal and corporate insolvency as well as turnaround strategies, assisting clients and stakeholders across a wide range of industries. He is recognised for his practical approach, commercial acumen, and ability to deliver effective solutions in complex financial situations. Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati, Jay brings a tailored, multicultural approach to stakeholder engagement, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the process.
