Jason has more than ten years of experience in corporate recovery, corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, and financial reporting in a big four firm and the biggest firm outside of the big four accounting firms, as well as in the commercial sector with multi-national companies. In his latest assignment in a mid-tier accounting firm in Singapore, he handled all aspects of liquidation and revamped the firm’s liquidation process, streamlining and easing monitoring of the liquidation process.

Jason has pursued his interest to set up his accounting firm with a focus on corporate advisory.

Jason has substantial experience and knowledge in the winding-up of companies (voluntary and compulsory) across many industries. He has been successful in recovering assets deemed irrecoverable and been involved in cross-border liquidation as well as bankruptcy matters. Complex matters includes the liquidation of subsidiaries of a bank, concluding a liquidation which lasted for many years, and handling family disputes involving companies with multiple properties.

Recent appointments as liquidator include companies involved with waste recycling, software development and investment funds.
