Brent Morgan and Shane Cremin of Rodgers Reidy, in their capacity as Administrators of Western Chinese Language School Inc. (“the School”), is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in supporting the future operation of the School.

The School is a long-standing not-for-profit community organisation that has provided Chinese language education and cultural learning opportunities to families in Melbourne’s western suburbs for more than 17 years.

The Administrators are undertaking a review of the School’s affairs and are exploring all available options to preserve its educational and community services where possible.

The Administrators welcome confidential discussions with individuals, community organisations, educational institutions, sponsors and other stakeholders who may be interested in:

• Providing financial support or sponsorship;
• Participating in a restructuring proposal;
• Assisting with future governance or operational arrangements;
• Supporting the continuation of educational programs; or
• Exploring alternative arrangements that may facilitate the ongoing provision of the School’s services.
